What kind of art do you sell?
fineprint.in sells open-edition reproductions - that is, prints, posters, photographs - covering a wide range of tastes from classical fine art to popular culture to educational themes to sports, music or movie celebrities. In addition, we provide high-quality framing to enhance your art purchase. We offer a one-stop online shopping experience that lets you acquire art that is as unique as you are.

What is the faint triangular mark I see on your images?
That is a watermark we embedd on our online images. It will not appear in the art you order.

How do I place an order?
It is easy and secure! Just place the product(s) you wish to order in your electronic shopping cart by clicking on the 'add to cart' button located next to the product image. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Checkout," follow the easy instructions, select your payment option and complete your order.

What is a Shopping Cart?
An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from our store.

What payment options are accepted by fineprint.in?
We accept all Visa & Master credit cards. We have partnered with Axis Bank (formerly UTI Bank) and their payment gateway to accept online payments.

We have also partnered with PayPal to accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.

Both our payment gateways are VeriSign secured and all your data is encrypted during transmission.

If you prefer, you can choose to pay us by sending us a cheque, or a demand draft. Either way, we assure you a carefree shopping experience.

How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
It's easy. During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address.

How will my package be shipped?
Unframed posters and art prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. Framed items are securely packaged to prevent shaking and damage. All items are padded with proper packaging materials. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. fineprint.in ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday to Saturday. Delivery estimates do not include Sundays.

Can I send gifts to my friends and relatives through fineprint.in?
Yes! Our art is a fabulous gift idea. Gifting at fineprint is easy and fun. We will be happy to deliver your gifts with your own personal message. For lots more information and more details of sending gifts, please read through our section on Framing & Gifting Infomation.

When will my order arrive?

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from fineprint.in?
fineprint.in is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

What is the "My Account" link and what can I use it for?
"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at fineprint.in. Not only can you manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status of your pending orders through this section. You may change your default shipping address and view and change your other shipping addresses stored in your account. You can review the information on all orders that you have placed with fineprint.in and that have been delivered to you by the store. You can view the date of order, list of items ordered, quantity of each item ordered, shipping charges and total order value.

What is the "Tell-A-Friend" link useful for?
If you see something you like at fineprint.in you can use this feature to tell your family and friends about items we have available at fineprint.in. It is a great tool for sharing gift ideas!

Some of your prints are serigraphs. What is a serigraph?
A serigraph is an original silk-screen color print. Serigraphy (or silk screening) is a stencil process in which ink is forced onto the material through the meshes of a silk or organdy screen, which has been prepared to have pervious printing areas and impervious nonprinting areas.
